Residential Cleaning

Residential cleaning generally involves the cleaning of houses, apartments, condos or vacation homes. Cleaning after special events and move-in/move out cleaning (end of tenancy). Additional services that can be done less frequently are carpet cleaning, window cleaning and other specialized services.

We can only give an accurate quote after a site visit by our staff.

There are several variables we take into consideration when quoting a price:

• Size of the home
• Number of rooms
• Condition of the home
• Are there pets
• Frequency of cleaning
• Additional services requested
• Whether we use our or client's supplies
• Others

Once we have taken all these factors into account, plus the client's wishes, we can draw up an accurate quote and a schedule (one-time cleaning, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) for the cleaning.

While we guarantee satisfaction with our residential cleaning services, we cannot be responsible for any damage to property or personal items that may occur during the cleaning process. We highly recommend removing all personal items from the premises before our cleaners arrive, and we encourage our clients to discuss any specific needs or concerns with our management team to ensure a satisfying cleaning experience.

Our services don't include cleaning clutter, bodily waste, the inside of appliances such as dish-washers, washing machines, ovens, stoves, refrigerators, moving heavy items and furniture.

Our team reserves the right to turn down service, if circumstances emerge, that put their safety at risk, or if they encounter treatment that undermines their dignity.
